INVESTIGATIONS

Neal has overseen hundreds of criminal investigations.  Many of those have led to complex lawsuits involving multiple witnesses and/or cases handled by multiple agencies.

​Most recently, he's been involved in cases dealing with cell phone usage, digital footprints, bitcoin, and off-grid banking. 

Neal also created the most successful Cold Case Unit in Tennessee, responsible for resolving dozens of unsolved murders.

He's tenacious and he doesn't give up, no matter how difficult the case may be.
